  Not a great start. Arranged for our downstairs shower room to be converted into a bathroom for my Father who is unable to go upstairs anymore. Made the booking with Nexus months ago and now 5 days before they were due to start work, they ring up to say they got their dates wrong and will commence a week later! Not very happy at all. I thought I was dealing with a quality company; let's see what the quality of workmanship is like?
  The quality delivered by inhouse fitters such as Mario, Xico and Andre is excellent. Bathroom was great.
  Went back this May 2013 to get the upstairs bathroom, not so good :'(
  The fitter bring a subcontractor left a half complete job after 2.5 weeks. Had to wait another 2 weeks before another fitter showed up! You pay a premium at Nexus for quality, but this was not delivered. Floor tiles were not lined up with any of the four walls; One of the wall tiles was clearly damaged, but still put up; mirror came with a damaged shelf so they gave us a new shelf which did not fit with the style of the room. Very poor service. Pay less and go to someone that prides themselves on their workmanship.
