  After personally viewing the obnoxious behaviour of a member of your staff on a social media platform whilst working on behalf of yourselves it has put a very dim view on your company. His views that potential clients or guests who use an Air BnB listing can leave someones property in any state they like and he will just pay a cleaner to clean it is shocking, as a homeowner I expect both the tenants and the company I pay to manage my property to have respect for my home and my things in it, not do what they like and cover the mess up later.
